RULES & POLICIES

  • Arriving On Time

    Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and preparation.

    Lateness

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, or you may be subject to additional fees.

    Extra Guests

    Bringing extra guests to the salon is frowned upon, please refrain from being additional people

  • Appointment Confirmation

    A deposit is required for all appointments to be confirmed. Deposits for services are $100 and must be sent within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.

    Non-Refundable Deposit

    Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.

    Same-Day Appointments

    All same-day appointments require the service to be paid in full plus an additional $75 fee.

    Cash Incentives

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

    Short Notice Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total appointment cost.

    No-Shows

    A "no-show" will result in a fee of 75%, which will be charged to the card on file.

    Rescheduling

    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • You must wait 2 weeks after your appointment. Doing a color treatment before getting this treatment is recommended.
